Order Cancellation and Refund Policy
At MagicPortraits.com, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our custom portraits. Below are the details of our order cancellation and refund policy:
Cancellation Requests
Full Refund: You can request a full refund if you cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. After this period, our artists will have started working on your portrait, and a full refund will no longer be available.
Partial Refunds
Eligibility: If you are unhappy with the portrait you receive and choose not to print it on canvas, you may be eligible for a partial refund.
Cancellation Fee: A cancellation fee of 20% of the order value or a minimum fee of $30, whichever is greater, will be applied. This means you will receive a partial refund of 80% of your order value or less, depending on the minimum fee.
Digital Artwork: This policy does not apply to purchases of digital artwork only.
Custom Portraits
Once your portrait has been approved and shipped, you cannot request a refund as it is considered a custom order.
However, you may request an exchange if the portrait arrives damaged or defective.
Refund Request Timeline
You can request a refund within 60 days from the date of your order. After this period, refund requests will no longer be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare case that your portrait arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@magicportraits.com. We will be happy to resend the item to ensure your satisfaction.
