Once your order is placed, please allow 1–2 business days for our artists to edit and prepare your portrait for approval.

The sooner you approve the proof, the sooner we can complete your order. After approval, your digital file will be sent by email within 24 hours.

Processing Time for Printed Orders Without Pro Artist Editing

We will print and ship your order within 1–2 business days after your order is placed.

During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
